Step-by-Step process

On the day of your appointment, once you arrive at the Laboratorio Eurofins - Centro Guna in San Sebastián, the lab staff will proceed with the DNA sample collection:

• A buccal swab is gently rubbed inside the cheek for about 30 seconds to collect epithelial cells.
• The collected samples are clearly labeled and stored properly.

Results

Once the sample is collected and sent for analysis, the Megalab team of experts will prepare the results report, which will be available in approximately 12 business days*.

• You will be given an access code to log in to your private area.
• From there, you can check the status of your results report.
• If the report is not yet available, it will appear as "pending”.
