This test is performed on an empty stomach after fasting for at least 8 hours, followed by the extraction of a small blood sample that will be analyzed at the Eurofins - Dr. Montoro Laboratory (Gran Vía del Marqués del Túria) in Valencia.

After the sample is taken, the analysis involves incubating the serum on plates for a few hours. The microplates contain specific antigens for each of the foods tested.

Depending on the antibodies detected on each plate, the results are presented in three ranges, which will be explained in a detailed report.
