This test is done on an empty stomach after fasting for at least 8 hours, followed by the extraction of a small blood sample that will be analyzed in the laboratory.

After the sample is taken, the analysis involves incubating the serum on plates for a few hours. The microplates contain specific antigens of the foods tested.

There are 6 food groups that can cause inflammation: wheat, milk, yeast, oils, and foods rich in nickel or sodium.

Depending on the antibodies detected in each plate, the results are presented in three ranges, which will be explained in a detailed report.

Test Results

Once you have the report with the results, you will be able to interpret them easily thanks to the color classification and the detailed recommendations or dietary guidelines based on the test results.

• Green - Tolerated foods: These are foods that can be consumed without restrictions and do not cause any immune reaction.

• Yellow - Moderately advised foods: These are foods that can be consumed in moderation. You can have them 1–2 times a week in rotation with other foods of similar nutritional value.

• Red - Non-tolerated foods: It is recommended to completely eliminate these foods from the diet for a period ranging from 3 to 6 months. After this time, it is possible to reintroduce them one by one into your diet, always monitoring to ensure that the food sensitivity reactions do not return.
