The surgeon you meet at the first consultation will be the one performing your surgery: this is established in the contract for the provision of medical services that only Operarme provides to its patients.

We work with the best private hospitals in the cities where Operarme services are available. Our collaborating hospitals, along with Operarme’s team, can provide you with the best medical care and treatment of the highest quality and safety, as well as personalized, friendly and close attention so that you feel comfortable and cared for throughout all the process.

Two of the interventions most requested by our patients are knee and hip replacements. In both surgeries, prosthetic materials are implanted replacing the joints: the prosthetic material used in our Traumatology and Orthopedic surgeries is from world-leading suppliers in the orthopedic market and brands with the highest quality standards. All the implanted elements have been tested and controlled with the most demanding techniques.

When treating you at Operarme, you will receive a contract for the provision of medical services in which each and every one of the aspects of the process are specified: name, surname and medical license number of the surgeon who will carry out the intervention; address and details of the hospital where it will be performed; date and time of the preoperative and hospital admission and what the offer includes.

We are the only private medical company that provides their patients a provision contract. We work only for you, we do not depend on anyone other than our patients. Our only interest is your health.

All the personal information of our patients, as well as the communications exchanged through the Operarme platform and its channels, are totally secure thanks to the Thawte certification that guarantees the encryption of all the personal information of our patients. Thanks to this certification, we assure our patients protection of their personal data.

Evaluations that appear in the hospitals, doctors, services and treatments in Operarme’s website are determined by the experience and opinions of our patients on all the elements involved in the process: our patient service department, ease when booking an appointment on the website, attention of the surgeon, attention by the administrative team and nursing staff in the hospital, facilities, the surgery itself, etc.

This information is obtained through the continuous contact that our patients have with the company's advisors, and also the use of patient satisfaction surveys sent at different times of the process.

In all surgeries performed through Operarme, except for some ambulatory surgeries, a medical complications insurance is included in the fixed price, which covers possible eventualities produced during surgery, and in the 30 days after the surgery, including reintervention if necessary.

The maximum amount of coverage of this insurance is detailed within the Particular Conditions of the service. Visits to the Emergency Department, visits with other professionals from different specialties to which the surgery performed corresponds, as well as the tests prescribed after surgery are excluded.
