  • Send the patient promotions and offers related to the medical-surgical services selected and/or from collaborating companies or friends that could be of the interest to the patient, including the sending through electronic communications, as long as the interested party has expressly accepted it.
  • Provide to the user/patient a reserved area in the web page. The health data provided by the user to the specialist during the consultation, before the surgery and those needed to take to the surgery, will be added here.

Conservation period: Your personal data will be kept during the validity of the contractual relation of the user and patients and will be cancelled according to the current legislation a maximum of six years according to the Commerce Code. The clinical history will be kept for a period for not less than 5 years, counting from the end of the last treatment, as established in Law 41/2002 from November 14th of the patient's autonomy.

Legitimization: The legal base that legitimizes these treatments is the correct execution of the services contracted by you.

Likewise, the treatment of this data is essential for the fulfillment of the legal duties of the company, among the ones we need to highlight are the accounting and fiscal obligations emanating from the current Law.
