The peripheral blood karyotype is a genetic test that examines the size, shape, and number of a person’s chromosomes.
One of the most common genetic causes of infertility is chromosomal abnormalities, which are more frequent in infertile individuals than in the fertile population. Karyotype analysis is a valuable tool for diagnosing chromosomal abnormalities—both numerical and structural—that can lead to various genetic disorders and cause infertility.
This test is used to determine whether there are chromosomal alterations, either numerical or structural, that may be linked to miscarriages, ovarian failure, poor semen quality, embryo implantation failure, or other infertility-related issues.
The fertility test includes both numerical and structural analysis of all 23 pairs of chromosomes.

Results
