The Everli Non-Invasive Prenatal Test is intended for pregnant women who are at least 10 weeks into gestation, whether it is a single or twin pregnancy, including pregnancies achieved through egg donation.

In the case of twin pregnancies, only chromosomes 21, 18, and 13 will be analyzed. This means that sex chromosome aneuploidies will not be detected, and the fetal sex will be reported only if one of the babies is male or both babies are female.

Step-by-step of the Everli Test

Before proceeding with the test, it is advisable to have an ultrasound to determine the exact date of the pregnancy and avoid potential anomalies that may alter the test parameters and lead to incorrect results.

Once the ultrasound is done, the test proceeds, which involves a blood analysis through a single extraction. 

This blood sample will be enough to obtain the results after analyzing the sample. This type of process helps reduce the need for follow-up tests that may arise from a positive result.

After the blood extraction, the sample will be sent to the laboratory for analysis, and you will be waiting to receive the results.

Results

Once the sample is collected and sent for analysis, the Megalab expert team will prepare the results report, which will be available in less than a week.

• From there, you can check the status of your results report.
• If the results are not available, it will show as "pending."
