What is included?

• Performance of the diagnostic test

  With the purchase of the service, the performance of the diagnostic test in the selected city and hospital is included.

• Results in digital format

  Once the test is performed, the centre will specify how long the results will take and will provide them to you in digital format.

  Each centre has its own method for delivering results: some will send them to you via email, while others will do so through their own applications or online platforms. In any case, the centre's team will indicate how to access them upon completion of the test.

• NOT included - Medical prescription

  In Spain, a Medical prescription is required to perform any diagnostic test. If you do not have one, do not worry; we can offer you this additional service (+€12), subject to a specialist's criteria, via a remote consultation.

  Below, we explain the process step by step, whether you have one or not:

  You have a medical prescription

  1. Purchase the test as normal.
  2. Immediately afterwards, we will send the instructions to the email address used for the purchase so that you can send us the medical prescription and we can manage the appointment.
     1. With the medical prescription, we will be able to verify that the diagnostic test purchased corresponds to the one indicated by the specialist.
  3. We will manage your appointment with a date and time so that you can go to your preferred hospital to have the test performed.

  You do not have a medical prescription

  If you do not have a medical prescription, Operarme can arrange a remote consultation for an additional cost of €12 with one of the doctors from the Caser Medical Centre.

  During the consultation, you will be able to inform the doctor about the test you need. They may ask for a medical report related to your medical problem if the test you need requires it.

  If you do not have a prescription or a report associated with the reason for the diagnostic test, it is likely that you will be referred to an in-person consultation. If this is your case, contact us so we can advise you on how to proceed.

  Remember: on the day you have the test performed, you must bring and show the Operarme purchase voucher and the medical prescription.

• Refund of the amount if the test is not performed

  If after having purchased the test you decide not to have it performed or the appointment date does not suit your needs, you can request a refund of the amount. In these cases, we will refund the full amount of your purchase without any problem.

  To do this, contact our Patient Service team before the appointment date, and we will manage the refund quickly and easily.
