Paraphimosis
Paraphimosis is a condition in which the foreskin that has been pulled back to reveal the glans penis cannot cover it again and remains permanently retracted. If the foreskin remains in this position and cannot be put back in place, the best solution is circumcision.

Circumcision is a very ancient surgical procedure. The Egyptians practiced it as early as 2300 BC and over the years it has become a frequently performed practice as a symbol of religious or cultural identity.
